Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GK AI (“GK AI”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Fancy by Nature Inc., a company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account or using GK AI you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use GK AI.

You can use GK AI for personal or business purposes. You can't use it if you are barred from receiving services under Canadian or other applicable sanctions or export laws, or from a place where using it would be illegal.

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One account is for one person; sharing an account with others is not allowed.

3. Plans, credits and passes

Scout is free. Raider, Warlord and Emperor are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Yearly plans still get their credits each month. Day Passes, Weekly Passes and credit packs are one-time purchases. Passes give access for the stated time and then end on their own. Credits from passes and packs are good for 12 months.

Each plan or pass includes a set number of credits and daily runs. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. We may set fair-use limits to protect the service.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Manage or cancel your plan any time from “Manage billing” in the app.

Refunds: we don't give refunds for partial billing periods or for credits you've used. If you were charged by mistake, or couldn't use GK AI because of a problem on our side, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect any refund rights you have under the law.

Before a yearly plan renews, we'll email you a reminder. You can cancel online at any time from “Manage billing”.

We may change prices or plan contents. If a change affects your paid plan, we'll tell you before it applies to your next billing period.

4. How AI results work

GK AI's tools are powered by third-party artificial intelligence models. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always review results before you use, publish or rely on them.

GK AI is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing it produces is legal, financial, medical, tax or investment advice. Tools such as Prediction AI and Decision AI explore scenarios and options; they do not predict the future or tell you what to do.

5. Satire, villains and dark themes

Some tools use a bold, dark or comedic style, including roasts, parodies and copy written in the style of fictional villains. This is creative writing and entertainment. GK AI is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any film, show, character or brand that a style may resemble.

Parody tools (for example rejection letters or “terms of war”) are for fun only and must not be used to deceive anyone.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use GK AI to: break the law; harass, threaten, defame or bully anyone; impersonate a real person, company or authority; create spam, scams, fake reviews or misleading claims; spread false information as fact; infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks; or try to get around our limits or security.

Don't use GK AI as the only basis for decisions that seriously affect other people, such as hiring, firing, lending, housing, insurance, medical treatment or legal matters. Don't use it for political campaigning or voter targeting, or to create content that sexualizes or targets minors.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the law allows.

7. Your content and results

You keep ownership of what you put into GK AI. As between you and us, you own the results GK AI creates for you, to the extent the law allows, and you can use them for personal or commercial purposes.

AI results may be similar to results created for other people, and we can't promise that any result is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use results, including checking them before publishing.

We use your inputs and results only to run the service for you (see our Privacy Policy). We don't sell them.

If you believe something on GK AI infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@genghiskhan.io with the details and we'll review it promptly.

8. Our service

GK AI, its name, design and tools belong to us. You may not copy, resell or rebuild the service.

We work to keep GK AI running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove tools and features over time.

9. Liability

GK AI is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by relying on AI results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using GK AI and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to stop offering the service. If we close the service, we'll give reasonable notice where possible.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use GK AI after that means you accept the new terms.
